When Lincoln imagines what would happen if he didn't tell Lisa the truth, one of the things that happens is that Lynn kicks her soccer ball right into Lola's face, giving her shiners, broken teeth, and a swollen nose. It eventually gets so bad that she has to bandage up her face and never reveal it to the world ever again.
During the kids' chore strike, while Lola is getting ready for her interview for the title of "Miss Cute and Mean", she ends up getting covered in trash for her ensemble, thus ruining her chances of claiming the title.
