Hugh is a minor character of The Loud House.

Biography

He is a student from a community college in Royal Woods, and is of British descent, which could possibly indicate that he is a foreign exchange student from England.

Personality

He is a kind, polite, well mannered, and charming young man, who speaks in a British accent. He treats Lincoln kindly, and is more than willing to help him with his homework. He even helps Lincoln's sisters when they asked for it, not knowing they were excuses to get his attention. He seems to be conservative, as when Lisa borrowed him to teach Lola about human anatomy, and had him show his six pack, to which he was embarrassed. He was further embarrassed when Lisa tried to have him show his butt. He doesn't seem to be aware that he is good looking, or how charming he is, as he becomes nervous when the Loud sisters, except Lily, try to spend time with him, or become a more aggressive crowd around him, or outright chase him. Even then, he does not get angry, but merely nervous and fearful, implying he is a patient, shy person.

Appearance

He is a good looking young man, with brown hair, and wears a pink shirt, with a blue jacket tied around his neck, and white pants. He is tall, with a slender muscular frame, and is revealed to have a six pack.

Trivia

  • He is probably based upon the British actor, Hugh Grant.
  • He has a thick, but charming British accent, and questions if all Yanks act the way Lincoln's sisters do, implying he is a recent foreign exchange student.
  • He is shown to know how to ride a Penny Farthing, or high wheeler, while running away from Lincoln's sisters, father, and pets.
  • All of the Loud family fell for Hugh's charms excluding Lincoln, Rita, Lily, and Geo (only Lincoln is present in this episode among the four).
  • He states he does a spot of crew in fifth form (around middle to high school). Crew is a type of rowing that involves propelling and moving a boat using oars.
  • Dub Facts:
