Not much is known about her, except that she runs a daycare center that the Louds want Lily to get into.

She is a round woman, with brown hair, glasses, and white pearl earrings. She wears a yellow dress, with a white frilled collar, and white at the end of the sleeves, and black shoes with heels.
Trivia
According to Lisa, Dr. Shuttleworth has a slight astigmatism, just by examining her eyeglasses.
It is possible she was named after the Shuttleworth Collection, a collection of older aircraft and automobiles in the UK.
