Carlitos Casagrande is a recurring character in The Loud House and a main character in The Casagrandes, who first appeared in "The Loudest Mission: Relative Chaos".

Biography

Background

Carlitos is the youngest son, as well as the youngest child of the Casagrande siblings.

Personality

Carlitos is a joyful and curious baby. He likes mimicking his family, his pets and even guests, and will often be seen playing happily with plush toys or animatronics. Carlitos is often seen playing games with his brothers and/or his pets due to them being the most playful members of the family and is also commonly seen socializing with Carlos and Frida.

He’s smart enough to understand the concept of keeping a secret, and because he can’t talk yet, he uses sign language to communicate. His intelligence is also showcased by him being able to help his brothers prank the girls[2] and think of a relatively logical plan to acquire a stuffed penguin.[3]

Like his older brothers, Carlitos has a mischievous side-- as mentioned above, he likes to prank Carlota (and later Ronnie Anne as well) when she's left in charge, and he also once joined in with his brothers on misbehaving to get the babysitters to give up.[4]

Nick Description

Carlitos is the baby of the family and is always copying the rest of the family’s behavior (that includes Lalo the dog and Sergio the parrot). He’s a playful and silly baby who loves to hang out with the family pets.

  • Despite his young age, he can eat food that is extremely spicy without flinching.[6]
  • While he usually enjoys plane rides, he can get motion sickness if the plane flips upside down too much.[4]
  • He knows Alexis's name.[3]
  • He is afraid of Mr. Nakamura's marionettes, he takes a walk every afternoon, and meatballs don't agree with him.[7]
  • He is sometimes gassy, which causes Ronnie Anne to think he "looks better than [he] smells".[8]
