New staff criteria

If you go to the criteria for becoming an admin page you will notice I have made some changes. It is now more difficult to become an admin and a bureaucrat. However to counter the new criteria, I have implemented a set of rules for users to become a support administrator. If you have any questions about this new criteria, or you would like to change something to the new list, I am all ears.

I like to think of Support Admin more like an Assistant ... I don't know who initially put this user group on the wiki, but since it exists...

I can't find any such position on the wiki: Special:ListGroupRights - Special:ListUsers.

Support Admin isn't an actual user group on this wiki, it's just listed as one.

So, in other words a Support Admin is just an Admin with a different title?

I already contacted the Fandom Staff about this new position using Special:Contact. This position was already listed as one of the groups on the criteria for becoming an admin page with no users being part of it. Also, when you get the "welcome to the wiki" notification on your wall, it says that support administrators use Dark Green links. I wish they had set this group up earlier. They seem to have had it all planned but never used the support admins group.

Most likely.

Not sure if they will grant the request as Discussion and Content Moderators were kind of created for the support role.

Yeah good point. I'm thinking about throwing this whole position away now. Like you said, it is way too similar to just being an admin. Too bad the position was left on the criteria for being an admin page, it just ended up confusing others and myself.

Thank you for your thoughts on this. I thought that since season 2 is starting to air a lot more pages are going to be created leading to more edits.

I think they should be tougher with the election of bureaucrats, because they have an unnecessary amount of bureaucrats. :/
